Dr. James Patrinely
Dr. Patrinely graduated from the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, where he received the Dean’s Award with his medical degree. He is a board-certified ophthalmologist by the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Patrinely has been an associate professor at Baylor College of Medicine from 1986 to 1997. He is still involved in academics as he continues with the development of surgical techniques and training of doctors around the world.
Dr. Patrinely specializes in cosmetic surgery around the eyes. He also excels in reconstruction, often called upon by emergency room physicians and trauma surgeons to help with accident victims and provide support with complex procedures. Dr. Charles Soparkar
Dr. Soparkar obtained a Ph.D. in molecular biochemistry and a medical degree from the University of Massachusetts. From there, he made his way to become Chief of Ophthalmic Oncology and Oculoplastic Surgery at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.
Dr. Soparkar later founded the organization Pan American Study Society or PASS. PASS is made up of 30 leading oculoplastic surgeons from around the nation. They are dedicated to improving patient care and clinical knowledge. His primary practice today is corrective surgery for patients with complications from other surgeries. Additionally, he has treated over 7000 people with thyroid eye disease.
